OEM All White Quartz Countertops
Material Composition
The slab consists of approximately 93 % natural quartz aggregate by weight, bound with a polymer resin matrix and mineral pigments that produce a uniform white appearance. The quartz particles are selected for a narrow size distribution to achieve consistent mechanical properties across the slab.
Resin content typically ranges from 6 % to 7 %, providing the necessary cohesion while maintaining low porosity. Pigments are inorganic and UV‑stable, ensuring color stability under prolonged indoor lighting.

Manufacturing Process
Raw quartz granules are blended with resin and pigments in a vacuum mixer to eliminate entrapped air. The mixture is then transferred to a slab press where it undergoes vibration and pressure of up to 100 bar, forming a compact green slab.
After pressing, the slab is cured in a temperature‑controlled oven at approximately 90 °C for 45 minutes to achieve full polymer cross‑linking. Subsequent calibration ensures uniform thickness, followed by polishing with progressively finer diamond abrasives to obtain a gloss level of 80–90 GU.

Quality Control Philosophy
Each slab is inspected for color variance using a spectrophotometer with a ΔE tolerance of ≤1.5 across the surface. Thickness is measured at five points; the allowable deviation is ±0.5 mm from the nominal dimension.
Surface flatness is verified with a straightedge and feeler gauge; gaps must not exceed 0.3 mm over a 300 mm span. Visual inspection under 500 lux lighting identifies any inclusions, chips, or resin spots exceeding 0.5 mm in diameter, which are rejected.
Applications in Industrial Settings
The non‑porous nature of quartz prevents liquid absorption, making the material suitable for environments where chemical spills are common, such as laboratory workstations and pharmaceutical compounding areas.
Because the surface does not support microbial growth, it meets the hygiene requirements of food processing lines and cleanroom facilities that demand easy cleaning and resistance to staining.
Mechanical strength allows the countertop to support heavy equipment loads without deflection, reducing the need for additional support structures in machining or assembly bays.
Customization Options
- Slab thickness: 12 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm (custom thicknesses available upon request)
- Standard dimensions: 3050 mm × 1440 mm; custom cuts to fit specific layouts
- Edge profiles: eased, bevel, bullnose, ogee, waterfall
- Cut‑outs for sinks, cooktops, and utility fixtures with tolerance ±1 mm
- Surface finishes: polished, honed, matte, or textured slip‑resistant
Packaging and Shipping
Slabs are stacked on wooden pallets with interleaving foam sheets to prevent surface abrasion. Each pallet holds up to ten slabs, secured with steel straps and corner protectors.
For export shipments, the pallets are wrapped in stretch film and placed inside ISPM‑15 compliant crates. Shock‑absorbing pads are added at the base to mitigate impact during handling.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can dimensions be customized? Yes, slabs can be cut to specific lengths and widths; CNC cutting tolerances are typically ±1 mm.
- What information is required before quotation? Project specifications including slab size, thickness, edge profile, cut‑out locations, and desired finish.
- What materials are available? Standard all‑white quartz; custom color matching is possible upon request.
- How is quality inspected? Each slab undergoes color, thickness, flatness, and visual defect checks as described in the quality control section.
- What packaging methods are available? Standard pallet packing with foam interleaving; custom crating for overseas transport.
- How are export shipments protected? Pallets are stretch‑wrapped, crated, and equipped with shock‑absorbing bases to meet international shipping standards.
- What is the typical production lead time? Lead time ranges from 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of approved drawings, depending on order volume and customization complexity.
- How are samples arranged? Sample sections (100 mm × 100 mm) can be shipped via courier; charges are credited against the first order.
